Lauren prides herself on being a well-rounded mind as she has education ranging from the humanities to the hard sciences. Her initial degree was a double major in Theater and Literature from New College of Florida where she received a full-scholarship plus a merit stipend. From there, she spent nearly a decade in Los Angeles, both professionally acting and writing. Her editing work led to countless publications and even a script optioning by renowned director Robert Rodriguez. Lauren later returned to school at UCLA for a post-baccalaureate degree as a pre-med and maintained a 4.0 GPA. She currently works as a full-time STEM tutor and admissions essay editor, working both independently and for several boutique test prep companies.
